at first i was a little unsure about using an outside source to unlock my phone but as the network i was on not being helpful what so ever, even thou my phone had two sim slots and i only wanted one unlocking so i could put my works sim in. i decided to try sim-unlock.net and a little slow at first .this may have been down to Christmas, i sent an email to ask how it was going and i got a fast reply/and a rapid response. as promised i got my unlock code. followed the easy instructions bang my phone is unlocked. and the best part is the great customer service and fast response and i did it all from my home. thanks sim-unlock kind regards john

Comment entrer le code sur le mobile Alcatel 3L ?
Le code pour le mobile de la marque Alcatel peut être entré selon deux manières :
1 - Allumez le téléphone avec une carte SIM étrangère *
2 – Lorsqu’il apparaît le message "Enter Network Key" entrez le code de déverrouillage NCK.
Le téléphone est déverrouillé.
* Étrangère – la carte SIM d'un réseau différent de celui dans lequel fonctionne le mobile.
1. Allumez votre mobile Alcatel sans carte SIM
2. Saisissez : *#0000*NCK#
3. Puis : *#0001*NCK#
Le téléphone est déverrouillé.
